This was my third trip in less than a week. Today only one person was working. I waited half an hour Thursday and an hour today, before having to leave for work. I couldn't renew tags on one vehicle last week. They said my registration was pulled and I was fined for not having insurance. I DO. This week I had a letter saying that another vehicle was removed for the same reason. It was also insured, but I have since removed it. No reason for it to show uninsured. So, tags expired 10/31 on the one vehicle. I need to transfer tags on another. I have a job, I can't sit hours/days waiting.nnUPDATE:nThe following day all issues were resolved. Very pleasant visit.

This afternoon around 3:00, I visited the Revenue Office to get an Arkansas ID card. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no wait. My driver's license having been suspended, I needed a photo ID. A woman named Holly was pleasant and most helpful. She streamlined the process, answered all my questions, collected a nominal fee, and took my photo. I walked out the door with my new ID in less than 15 minutes' time.

The staff at Arkadelphia and Malvern office are friendly and helpful. They have been forced to implement covid measures which have further slowed the already long wait times. Today we all waited in line for extended periods only to learn a computer issue wouldn't allow any transaction. So you might want to call ahead before you go.

Was great today. I was there aittle after eight in the morning and waited maybe ten minutes. The woman who helped me was very pleasant which is always welcomed!!!!

I'd give them one-star but the ladies are friendly. 2% to use a debit card come on now Arkansas this is 2020!
