Malvern-Hot Spring County Library

Just moved here the beginning of January and I couldnt be more displeased with the service I've received trying to checkout items. It's been a run around and blocking quite a bit over the littlest things. The employees tell me one thing than decide to tell me another thing contradicting themselves.nnJan Lambert is a conniving person who should NOT be working there. She has no customer service, told me to shut up, that I had no say in the matter. I will be taking this higher. You shouldn't have a employee who doesnt know how to deal with upset but respectful customers

I love this place. It's fun to go to and the people who work there are super friendly and want to help if you need it. There's a large section of books to read from. It's a great place to take kids to get them to read. I've even read a couple books for kids before. There are movies to rent, romance novels (a lot of them), newspapers, magazines, manga, comics, and a lot more. I just wish they would stay open more.

I am ashamed to admit I haven't been here in years but it is BEAUTIFUL and has lots of technology. They are about to open a Teen Area with a GREEN SCREEN so they can make fun videos!
