Horrible, deceitful, and obnoxiously rude.nOne time they tried to make me add some person I've never heard of to my policy because they supposedly lived at my address. Just today they refused to let me write a different check to correct a mistake. The mistake was because of the misleading way they do their membership renewal bills, which by default shows an amount that includes a donation. Denying my request to re-write the check, they said they could fix it. After waiting some time and trusting them to make it right, they said they'd have to deposit it as is, ignoring my repeated requests to just write another check. Only after I made a big stink about it did they allow me to re-write the check, then rudely denied that I'd ever asked to re-write the check in the first place.
