I hit this location up maybe 2 times weekly! Chicken nuggets for me or a breakfast chicken biscuit! Sometimes drive through is a bit lengthy but it is a popular location!

Always get my orders right this location has been super friendly every visit

They were very busy so somewhat understandable but I asked for no salt on my fries because they always over salt them and when I opened the bag not only was there a ton of salt on my fries, but My fries were spilt out all in the bottom of my bag. Overall customer service wasn’t terrible considering how busy it was and the time of day. Still irritated about all the salt ud83dude29nThe sprite was still hitting though!!! ud83dude02

Tonight I used their app. Ordered free fries and a bacon mcdougle and large coke app said 3 dollars and change. I then saw the 4 for 4 dollars also had a bacon mcdouble and ordered that separate was told 4.40 so 8.00 cool. Then I get home to check bank to see if all Bill's were paid ie.. had cleared and see an 11.31 charge and below that a 1043 charge. I called to talk to a manager and was told there us nothing he could do and I had to come in tomorrow to see Jennifer. I told him this was unacceptable he told me well that's all I can do. These people stole money and that's all you can do? Ok can I get corporates number and he hem hawed I told him if he couldn't get it for me, I can get it from google. then after realizing he would not help I hung up and called corporate they are closed until tomorrow 7am to 7 pm . I called back and told him you have until 7 am to return my money or I'll deal with corporate. I was told I needed to bring my receipts to the manager tomorrow or assistant manager to get it straightened out. Well I am sure corporate will fix it I have no faith in the store on east page anymore. I dont like being stole from. Nor do I like having someone who is supposed to be a manager (I asked to speak to the manager) who cant fix something as simple as a refund when they took money they were not authorized to. Be careful as this store doesnt care about customers appearently they only care about the money they can get.
