I had a problem with my Traeger and needed parts on Christmas Eve and Rick dropped what he was doing to come get me parts to get my grill up and running. Hands down the best service you will find with quality products and at a great value. Will definitely be doing business with them again. Great family run business.

Shout out to their service tech Brian. He fixed our 32 year old electric furnace in 20 mins with parts he stocks on hand. P&L still hasn't called me to set up an appointment. Haltiner showed up the very next day. Highly reccomend! A+

Had brand new gutters put on by Haltiner this past summer. They look nice but now we are into storm season and notice that several of the gutters vibrate LOUDLY when the wind is blowing. They sound like a weed eater. One is right next to our bedroom window. We called Haltiner over a month ago to have them come out and tighten them or do whatever they need to do to make this stop. They said they would “get back to us”. Haven’t heard anything.nAlso we had them send someone out in October to look at our heat pump. We were told by the technician that the heat pump needed to be replaced and we would get a bid for it or if we would find a similar heat pump model ourselves the tech would be willing to install it. Still no bid received. Have reached out to the tech asking about a model we found seeing it it would work. No response.nPretty disappointed in this local company.

Tried repeatedly for 4 weeks to get them to come give us a quote for some custom metal work and the installation of a new Propane stove. Called a total of 3 times, talking to someone each time, before we were able to set up an appointment for them to look at the job. We ended up taking the afternoon off work and drove nearly 2 hours to Manzanita to meet Rick in order to accommodate his schedule--then he flaked out and did not show up. Very unprofessional outfit! If a company acts like this before they have your business.....
