When to appeal the decision on my ticket they told me I need to pay $281 plus $9 court fee but that not guaranteed that they will take my case and I ask ok what's going to happen with my money lady said they keep it. Whata joke not just the town stinks the public servers too

The worst unfair court system I have seen in recent years. The cop pulled us over for one reason that wasn't even true and couldnt find any proof. Then comes back and give us a ticket for something that wasn't completely different and not true. Then we go to the judge and the judge has no proof either and still says we are guilty then cop came and said I'm sorry for that he discounted the ticket and said that was fair and tried to shake my hand. They are corrupt. They just there to find you guilty to make money. Dont waste your time without your personal lawyer.

Showed up for traffic court for a parking ticket. ( got a parking ticket while driving through tillamook, stopped in the only parking lot in town around midnight, needed some food and caffeine to stay awake. Saw huge parking P sign. Came out from dining at the only place open....to a 45 $ ticket.! Then I show up at court.. and they haven't even heard of me! So..... WHAT a waste of a 5 hour return trip to tillamook at 3 A.M.this morning....
