My dog, Daisy, had to have surgery on her eyes. I was just as traumatized as she was I think. I cried and cried dropping her off but the staff moved me to a room to have some time with her and the doctor came and explained every aspect of the surgery. Even after I got my dog home, they called later to check on her. A couple of days later, when I was questioning whether a suture had come out, I texted them a picture and they called me back five minutes later. This was on a Saturday. I can’t say enough about how great they are. Definitely the right choice for care.
Dr Deary is so patient, kind, & gentle with my dog who is scared of vets due to having been abused by another local vet. Dr Deary takes time to try to calm her and is the best I have encountered since living in Hot Springs. $: quite reasonable, also. Will continue to use her.nElizabeth
We are from out of town and had a per emergency. Our dog, come to find out, had a twisted abdomen. Dr. Sandy correctly diagnosed and prepared us for the unlikely success of any surgical procedure. She called ahead to a surgical hospital in Little Rock and prepped our Lab mix for transport. Through literal Divine wisdom she decided to sedate and try to get a hose to Remi's stomach. She was successful and relieved the crippling bloat. Remi walked to the truck where we loaded her and took her to LR, Ark. Docs there have been amazing also. Many tests and x-rays later, we discovered her stomach has recovered significantly. Due to Dr. Sandy's brilliance and efforts we are likely to return to Tx next week with a healthier dog and can be treated at home. Thanks all at Your Pets Animal Hospital.
Dr. Deary and her entire staff are far and away the finest, most caring group we've ever trusted with our babies. We recently had to let go of our Lester. They all fought hard to provide him with as much quality time as possible.nThey are the only the group we will trust with our animals.
She is too careless and doesn’t communicate well. Terrible customer service. Mistakes cost me 1,000 for a airline ticket. I will not be going back and don’t suggest her to anyone. Way to COCKY!!!’ I will be filing grievance with Veterinarian Board.
