Our pet is our family whom is greatly loved. Dr Ward and staff have been so good and very thorough to our pets health amd well being. Dr. Ward is our pet physician.
The young lady that was at the front desk (oh my oh my...wish I would have written her name down) was very helpful, answered all of my questions and wrote everything down for me on what is needed for my beautiful fur babies (Lil Bit aka Bit Bit-pug and Baby-big fat cat) and grand dog (Chadie pronounced Shady-pit)! They are all very smart animals and show jealousy in funny ways but Baby can be such an a*hole lol! Due to my disabilities I have memory and comprehension issues. Of course I'm on a very fixed income. I can't afford to pay too much and have to save save save for vet expenses. She gave advice and recommendations on skin dander, shampoo and all prices of everything from office visit, shots and testing etc. Kuddos on Dr. Ball's employee(s) and clinic! Thank you all so much!
Nice clean facility, well staffed knowledgeable crew, well stocked and offering an abundance of services. Grooming, boarding, surgery, cremation, wellness checks, spay/neuter, etc. Easy access 1 block off Airport Rd/Hwy 70.
The personnel are so helpful and nice. Just love Dr Bell & Dr Fadar.
