The owner is extremely difficult. Having kids was hard there due to him coming by randomly complaining about their toys. He also complained about things on the porch like chairs etc.he only seemed to enforce the rules on certain people while letting others do as they please. Positive side he maintained appareence of the park and very helpful if he liked you. Negative he evicts people he doesn't care for he will take pictures and watch for any reason to evict.

Have looked at other places in hot springs found shady hills best for me. Owners friendly, quick to resolve any issues, quiet park, shopping for anything is close by.
