Wow, they're good. I had signed up online and had trouble with corporate receiving my Arkansas No Liability form even though I faxed it twice and it said it was received. I later got mail stating my rates went up due to it not being sent. I emailed Alan Springer and within days Dana called me back and fixed everything. She also explained several key options, like going paperless, using the app to monitor driving habits and thus lowering rates. She explained the dynamics of Comprehensive protection as well as roadside assistance. Excellent company, great discount options, easy online payment features. That took a lot of stress off my shoulders.

Not well, been over charge for years, would not recommend Allstate for home, auto or motorcycle coverage, got better coverage through Liberty Mutual at a lower price with same deductible

i had a dead battery all of a sudden this morning, so I thought I would try the roadside service. I must say after all the paperwork was done (it took a while) I was impressed how quickly the service man showed up and boosted the battery. thankfully this is the only time that I have called on Allstate, I am satisfied with the response.

I have been with Allstate for at least 15 years and can honestly say, I have never been disappointed with the service I have received from the Alan Springer agency.

Apparently , Alan went to a seminar or 3-5 on how to upcharge his loyal customers ... without going into detail( it’s ugly how his staff did me and my family) ... he did just that...He is making bank on you/ us... complete foolishness on my part for believing in him. Don’t fall for his tactics... thumbs down !
