I started using this pharmacy because my dad highly recommended it. Even though the location is way out of my way I prefer it to Walmart or Walgreens any day. They are fast, friendly with a comfortable waiting area. Their OTC meds prices are phenomenal. Plus supporting locally owned businesses is very important. Great staff; I highly recommend.
Best pharmacy best people best prices. Iv went around the town using other pharmacies and I found my place. So helpful. Will do whatever it takes to get refill request approved and it's always done with kindness.
Best pharmacy in Hot Springs.
I prefer a small, independent pharmacy over the chain stores. I switched to this one after my last was bought put by Walgreen.nnIn the beginning they were fantastic! Great fast service and cheap prices. They seem to have outgrown their ability to maintain standards recently as well as their building.nnI've been overcharged, given the wrong medication, and my scripts completely forgotten to be filled after dropping them off and coming back 2 days later to find them still sitting and waiting to even be put into the computer.nnI truly hope that with their move into larger facilities they can hire more help and recreate the high standards of care they started out with because small pharmacies are rare these daysnnThe real kicker is their hours...nMonday through Fridayn8(ISH) to 6!nnIt is normally anywhere from 8.15 to 8.30 before pharmacist bothers to even get there which is heck if you're trying to be at work by 9am!
