After years of going here I have spent more time waiting for prescriptions than any other pharmacy I’ve ever been to. In the past 3 years, I have yet to arrive and actually have my prescription ready. Even after I’ve received an automated text message that “my prescription is ready to pick up” , when I arrive it is still not ready and I have to park and wait. I feel bad for the staff because people are constantly frustrated with them. I’ve heard multiple times other customers complaining to them about this same issue. Aside from the considerable amount of time people are asked to wait for their pickup to be ready, the pharmacists are well qualified and helpful.

After being a customer at Wendell's National Park for 20 years, I needed to get used to a new shop. Followed the staff down the road to All Care and they know what I need. Having a drive-thru window is an added bonus when I'm in a hurry. My waiting time an been minimal and everyone knows Tracie will take care of you. Go by and see Rob and the bunch for your drug store needs.

Just recently switched to AllCare Pharmacy and I love it. I never have a long wait time and the staff is so friendly. Ashley and Crystal are awesome! Crystal always remembers me and my family!ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

There are too many other good options locally to be talked down to. I have used both chain and independent pharmacies. I went inside so that I would speak with someone concerning a medication I submitted through their app that I knew could possibly be delayed due to circumstances out of their control. Instead of being helpful the employee spoke down to me and was of no help. In a town where people have options, customer service should be a priority. Customer service is clearly not their priority. (This is just the most recent of issues.)
