Hot Springs 8 VIP Cinema

We've been here several times over the past 2 years. We love the comfortable recliner seats and being able to reserve seats in advance for popular new movies. The employees are all very friendly. The popcorn was tasty. We haven't tried any of the other food there yet.nnFor the Covid conscious movie goers: The theater was extremely clean with leather or vinyl seats that are easy to wipe off with disinfectant wipes, if you are worried about germs, although they also have signs up saying how thoroughly they clean. Because of the larger size of the seats there are less seats in each theater and spaced farther apart than in a regular theater. The restroom was spotless and well stocked with TP, paper towels, and soap. It also has a door that swings out so you don't have to touch a handle when exiting the ladies room.nnThe only minor thing we found annoying was the Chevy ad that played more than once before the movie started. There were quite a lot of other ads too, but that is typical at most movie theaters.

This is my very first EVER review, That's how much of an impact this Sweet young lady that was working made on me and my children, I actually sent my daughter back in after the movie just to ask her name ... Shalice ( which I'm sure I'm spelling wrong) went out of her way to explain what every movie that was playing was about and she was just the most Pleasant person that I think I've EVER encountered working in the public ... If she isn't already a manager she should definitely be promoted bc concidering I use to work in the public aswell I have VERY high standards .. God Bless and Thank you for your professionalism .. Getting tickets took a while despite there only being 3 customers in line. After we got our tickets though the movie watching experience was awesome! Reclining seats, surround sound, overall great experience.

Very friendly and good prices! Everything was clean and comfortable. So glad they are open!!!

The upgraded seats are very nice now. They have recliners and a table you can use on each seat. you can pick your seat in advance.
