Garland County Library

Wide variety of books to choose from. An employee made them lose their 5 stars. 1st off I attempted to return books but this establishment was closed temporarily due to covid. I needed to go in to pay the late fee. I got a call the other day from a lady asking if I still had them, in which case I said I do. I said I can return them on Tuesday. I had no problem returning the books never refused. She automatically starts threatening me with legal action if they're not returned. Like I just told you that I would return them. I told her how I had attempted to return them. She proceeded to lie & get smart saying they were never closed. I said I was there I saw the closed signs. She corrected herself she said yes we were closed cause of covid but our book drop has always been open and we're open now. Great I still had a bill to pay. There is no reason to be rude and threaten people when they have told you they have no problem doing whatever. I will not be returning, I refuse to be treated on such a manner and disrespect.

The employees are very nice and polite and willing to help infact some of employees know me by name

My favorite place to go. All the staff is so friendly and its a little haven to go into. They also have a very big book sale room to purchase used books,dvds,cds,magazines,puzzles,games and more. All very low prices.

I love working here! I meet so many great people and there is always something good for families and patrons of all ages.

We love our library! The staff at Garland County Library are always helpful and courteous.
