The lady that works there, probably the owner, is very sweet and professional. She did everything she could to clean and press my uniform, that I needed it for a fallen officer's funeral the next day. She did not let me pay for it either, as a sign of solidarity with law enforcement, and my understanding is she did not charge any of the officers that used her service. And that was a lot of officers. Definitely my go to now
Daughter took a wedding dress there she had purchased to wear for her wedding to get it cleaned. A WEEK later she went back to get it and it was not done and thrown in a pile to the side like a thrift store find. Will look somewhere else. Such a shame since my family has been using them for years!
