Too expensive and not very helpful. If they owe u money when cancelling with them they think that money there's u will never c the money. Worst place to have insurance, the longer u r with them the worst they treat u and go up on your premium. As often as they can.

I called for insurance on the 7th of January. The lady took my information and said an agent would return my call. No one ever did. His loss. I ended up with Direct and got full coverage.nHow rude and unprofessional is that?

Your insurance is no better than your agent. These folks are fabulous at what they do, in your best interest. Knowledgeable and extremely helpful! The office manager is outstanding!
