This is probably the MOST HONEST set of mechanics I have ever met in automotive service industry. I took my vehicle to them pretty convinced I needed a new alternator belt installed based on the symptoms. Told them I was making a long needed trip home for Thanksgiving and had already gotten a quote from them on installing a new belt. They pulled it into the shop, gave my van a thorough check up and then walked out and said I did NOT need a new alternator belt after all. It was loose from a repair earlier in the year at another repair shop! Talk about saving me money! They had tightened the belt so it is running like a top now. Very inexpensive fix. The point in this review is that Hecke's could have been dishonest and just replaced the belt when it didn't need it. I will always trust the advice they give me. Thank you Hecke's! You have my business!
