At first I dreaded the thought of buying a new mattress. I have bought from Mattress Firm before many years ago. Roy was very pleasant and helpful. He asked questions about my sleeping habits and what I was looking for in a mattress. Once he had that information he showed me a mattress. I tested it out and liked how it felt. He suggested I bring my better half in before purchasing the mattress. Several days later we were able to return and have her lay on it. I like firm and she like softer. Roy took the time to set up protection on another mattress so we could lay on it. While it met her needs, I felt it was a good fit for both of us and decided to purchase it. Thanks to Roy for his guidance and help. We can’t wait to get it set up and have a better nights rest.

The salesman was great. I went in because I am having a lot of pain in my shoulders and hips because I am a side sleeper but my husband is a back sleeper and I wanted to get a mattress we could both enjoy. This young man knew his stuff and we walked out with a new mattress and adjustable base completely satisfied.

Both times, he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and provided the overall customer service that will definitely have me not only returning as a continued customer, but also recommending both he and Mattress Firm to friends and family.

Frederick was very knowledgeable about our needs and professional. Such a nice guy and helped us buy the perfect bed, Tempur-Pedic LuxeAdapt with adjusting base. He was running the whole business hisself and was great at multitasking with customers and providing great customer service, which is the number one thing I look for with any business. We are very happy with our purchase and saved over $900 with the Labor Day Sale. Will refer anyone needing a new mattress to him at Mattress Firm. Btw, Tempur-Pedic is worth the investment. You will never sleep on any other mattress again when you sink into what feels like a cool cloud, especially when it can adjust to zero gravity position with one button. We got a California King with delivery, setup, & removal of our old bed and mattress.
