Porter Dental Health Clinic, PA

Appallingly Rude! Cruel to a toddler! My 3 year old daughter has a cavity and I booked a consult for filling. We showed up 15 minutes early, were there 5 minutes, my daughter sat in the chair and they made us leave!nnI'm a single mom that works 60 hours per week. I had a business call from the UK at 3pm that was wrapping up. A business call that would normally cost hundreds of dollars, and she was helping me to get a business scholarship so that I can stop struggling and better provide for my daughter.nnOur appointment was at 4:30, I arrived early at 4:10 and waited outside the front door about 5 minutes before they acknowledged us. I figured we'd be waiting in the waiting room, but they took us back as I was wrapping up the call. The red haired nurse got my daughter situated. The stocky brunette nurse came in and aggressively told me to get off the phone. I explained to her that I would be finished in 5 minutes and that we were still 15 early. I apologized to her and told her it was extremely important but that the call was ending. The stocky nurse left and came back maybe 3 minutes later and told my daughter and I to leave. She yelled at us and told me I should have stayed in my car and told us to get out of the office.nnMy poor toddler has an awful cavity and asked as we were leaving why she couldn't be seen and why the dentist was so mean, it broke my heart.nnI have never been treated with such anger and contempt. I can't fathom that this is a medical office. A dirty pub wouldn't even treat people that badly.nI saw the Bible at the front, clearly it's just for show. These people were cruel and angry. I'm disappointed for my daughter but glad they showed their true colors before we gave them any money. I am absolutely disgusted.

Y'all!! This is seriously the best dental office around!! I had an absolute nightmare of a dentist before I found them and I told them all about my last experience at my previous dentist. From there they took amazing care of me and made sure that my experience here was amazing!! I had 6 crowns put in at once and I never felt a thing even with all the grinding they had to do!! ❤ufe0f I just got my permanent crowns put in and they are absolutely beautiful!! My family and I have loved our experience with Dr. Porter's office. They have an incredibly caring staff who make you feel immensely welcome every visit. My dental hygienist Samantha Stuart is extremely friendly and does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Porter is always intentional to talk with you and answer any questions that you may have. Dr.Porter is hands down the best dentist we have met. Him and his staff are always so nice and take their time and answer all of your questions. Dr.Porter, his hygienist Sam and his assistants are amazing with my 7 year old who is quiet the wiggle worm and they are always just so kind and patient with him. My son has told me Dr.Porters office is his favorite and he loves going to see them. Him and all of his staff are by the far the most professional, kind and family friendly office I have been too. Just amazing!

Great experience at Porter Dental! Everyone is super friendly and I was taken excellent care of! Taylor and Sam are the best hygienist!! Dr Lance Porter and Dr Will Warren are extremely personable and kind! Would highly recommend as the top dental practice in Hot Springs, AR!!
