Business owner, Charlie Bridges is reminiscent of the service provided in days gone by. He exudes knowledge, care and concern for your beloved import (auto). Charlie loves what he does, working on imported cars for over 50 years. He's a true enthusiast and it shows !!!
My daughter took her car there to have a starter replaced. Upon learning that he would have to order the starter, she offered to order it herself. He literally yelled at her beginning with, “Lady, if you want to do it then come get it.” My daughter is 16, and assumed she had insulted him, so she let him order it. After it was all done, he charged her almost $900 to replace the starter. $300 for labor, $300 for a part she could have purchased for $150 all day long, and I have no idea what made up the rest of the charge other than $76 in tax.
Attitude didn’t want to help and hung up the phone for no reason
If you drive a BMW Mercedes etc in Hot Springs they are the only place to take your car. Good service price is reasonable but they can be slow might take them a week to do what other shops will do in 2 days. But they are always busy busy so they must be good.
