I would have scored them 5 stars for their speedy and friendly service, but he had to redo my windows for trash and air bubbles. Upon calling to schedule an appointment to bring car in to have windows redone, He ignored me for 4 weeks due to an injury he had from a car wreck, not even a I'm busy, were closed for a while or anything. After I finally got ahold of him and he redone my windows for the second time, they still have trash and air bubbles between glass and tint. So now I need to take it back to him for a 3rd time to have my tint redone. Im thinking I should have spent the extra $80 and took my car to a professional company to have my windows tinted. I think if he would slow down a little and take more pride in his work he would be able to deliver a better product. The owner is a very nice and respectable person. He looks like he knows what he's doing as well, I think he just gets in to big of a hurry with his tinting. Slow down a bit and you'll be fine.
Called 1st thing in the morning got me in same day, wasn't perfect job, but not bad enough where I would bring back to get fixed and they did say if any problems they would fix. Then price was better then everyone else in Hot Springs by almost 100.00.
