I made the mistake of going to this business two years in a row. The first year in 2018 they ended up putting my money on an emerald debit card after I requested three or four times to please not do that. It took me 5 weeks to get my money. This year I went back again and specifically requested a different tax pro. She told me everything would be great. Her name was TJ. It's been since early MARCH that I filed my return and haven't received it. I called the IRS and they said they are reviewing the return because if has been filed wrong. I am livid and disappointed in H and R Block . Anyone would be dumb to put the trust of there finances into this company. I will never ever go to or recommend them ever.
