Had to ask for straws, fries were warm and tasted strange. Guess the grease needs to be changed. It's not the same quality since in the new ownership took place.

I'm here to say that the entire staff at this restaurant are amazing. Probably the most professional group as a whole I've seen in a long time from anywhere!

Cashier screwed up my order, I spoke with the shift manager who first argues with me about why it wasn't on my receipt. Sage then after she gets it was never even rang up by the cashier fixes the problem by redoing the receipt. Then as I am patiently waiting on this missing burger she comes back to me and says can I help you. I kindly said still waiting on that burger. She says I put it in the bag with your others. I'm like no mam you didn't. She says you were number 253. I said no mam I'm #162. Then she realizes she screwed up. So I wait till she gets me the burger. All this over a quarter pounder. Why argue with a customer. What happened to the customer is always right when it comes to customer service. I mean geez if I was trying to rip her off okay but it was just a burger. I get to the car son asks where his fries are. I'm like I can go back in. Everyone in the car said no we have been here long enough.

I think they might have been training. But someone at the window was a little Empire symbol, and when the third got backed up in the window they did not handle it if that stand for in Lake Cyrus like they're supposed to. But the food was great! And correct!!
