You can always tell a customer service oriented company. I called Brockington Upholstery to see if they could put a door zipper in my golf cart cover. They don't do that type of work but was very forthcoming with someone who did. That tells me that I will check with them on my next job.

Absolutely LOVE what they have done. I got back my sleeper sofa and seat cushions, and they are beautifully done. Thank you Regina, Randy, Jeff, & Steve, and the crew. Wonderful, wonderful job! I wish I could give many more stars. Customer service - excellent. Workmanship looks exquisite. Very good experience with this company.

I received my chair and ottoman today and it is absolutely gorgeous!! They fixed what another upholsterer did incorrectly with the perfect fabric and well-made cushions. They could not have done a better job! I only wish I had used them the first time. I highly recommend Brockington Upholstery!! ud83dude0a

I just received my complete redo of a MCM 1960s Flexsteel Thunderbird couch. The staff did a wonderful job of helping me select the right fabric and the team did an amazing job of bringing this classic sofa back to life. It is now a focal point in my living room. This is the third job I've had Brockington do for me and each time the attention to detail is spot on. Time to find the next piece to redo with these fine folks.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. We dropped a chair and a love seat off in September, and they told us it would be ready by the end of December. December went by, they hadn't even started it. January, they hadn't started it, February, they hadn't started it. March, we called, they said they hadn't started it, and we finally told them not to do the work and that we will find somebody else. So, 7 months, they didn't even start it. Oh, and we paid a $350 deposit. We will see if we get that back.nnThey are ridiculously unprofessional. If you have no choice, and Brockington is the only upholsterer left in the world, just look on YouTube how to upholster chairs, you'll get them done faster.
