Never in my life have i ever run into this issue. I am a over the road truck driver who broke down 20 miles west of this location. Called in, as Google showed that it was the closest place for repair. Spoke with a very nice man (Pat) who was pretty helpful with guiding me to there location because my rig was in derate mode. I limped all the way here for they open supposedly at 7:30am. I am here and it is 8:30 now and cant get anything done...because there mechanics come in whenever they feel like it. This poor man Pat if running around like crazy to help people at the counter, answer phones and help with other people and nobody else here to help him. I can not believe how a place can survive like this.
