Highly recommend A&J Collision. Customer service was absolutely excellent. Jody, the owner, is incredible- so professional and will make sure every detail is taken care of. They did a great job on my vehicle and it was in better condition on the inside then when I dropped it off! I was so impressed with this company. Good people + high level of customer service. CARSTAR was beyond amazing. I was rear ended a week before my wedding day. I went round and round with the insurance of the individual that hit me and they finally approved for me to take my car to CARSTAR. Jody was super helpful from the beginning. I explained to him that I wouldn’t be able to bring my car in for repair until after the wedding and the honeymoon. He set up my rental and everything for the Monday my husband and I returned to Conway. My rental car wasn’t ready as the insurance company assured me that it would be, but Jody took care of that as well. I was unable to pick up my car the day that it was finished before they closed, and they actually brought me my car and returned the rental car for me! SUPER pleased and would definitely use them again! Thank you to Jody and all of his team!ud83dude0a

Excellent service! Very friendly workers! Job completed in a timely manner! They kept me updated on a daily basis on the repair process with pictures of my car.. They even took me to pick up my car rental.

They kept me informed all throughout the repair process. They took care of scheduling a rental and even returned the rental for me when my vehicle was done. If truly was a worry free experience, other business could take a few pointers. Great veteran owned business.
