When it comes to banking, First Service Bank is where I go to. The staff not only works hard to provide exceptional service, but they actually care about their clients. Mandy Allen, a loan officer is the perfect example. She patiently guided us through the loan process and made sure we understood it, while showing through knowledge and financial savvy along the way. Simply putting it, she's a class act, as they all are. If you want a bank that cares, this is the place I would recommend.

Updated review. I have banked with first service for years. They offer great local fast banking and their video teller system is a great advantage to banking here.nnI do wish the bank offered more electronic banking options and account types such as mobile deposit, external transfer and money market accounts.nnOverall however they are a terrific banking option for basic banking needs and their customer service is superior. Representatives like Angel, who is always is so kind and helpful, make it worthwhile to bank here. Thank you for hiring people like that to help your customers.
