Great experience with this clinic. All the staff and Dr Cole were fantastic. I brought 2 dogs. It took some time but this was because they spent quality time making sure they did everything they needed. I would recommend this veterinarian to anyone.

They took care of our Harley when she was a sick girl because no one around us could see her we drove a hour. But it was so worth it. The vet could have done major surgery on her but she gave her time to see if she could pass it. They bill was very reasonable. They were great when my son would call and go see her. I will be using them again. Thank you for all you did for her.

I took my kitten in on Saturday 9/5, 2020 and he was seen by Dr. Karen, who truly loves and cares for her fur patients, too bad she works for this clinic. On Monday I noticed that my kitten was getting more spots on him and he was chewing on his feet and several other places on his body. My kitten started loosing the hair around his lips and they were swollen. When I took him to this vet I was getting a second opinion because my very was not helping. When I called on Monday 9/7 they made me an appt with Dr. Alexis Kole. I will NEVER take an animal to this vet again. I arrived and was in the with room for over an hour, with an appointment. When I did get into a room, the vet tech came in first and got info on three kitten and proceeded to tell me that Dr. Kole was not happy that I had asked the receptionist how long she has been a vet. I explained to the tech that I was just inquiring, I like to know who I'm dealing with but that I was not implying anything by asking. I ask my mechanic the same question, and my own doctors. The tech then said she would go relay the kittens symptoms to the vet. The tech came back and said that if I didn't mind she would take the cat back for an exam. I told her I really wanted to be present because I had some questions I wanted to ask her and i really wanted her diagnosis. The tech left, after another 15 minutes Dr.Kole cashed in, and said I'm recommending that you go to another vet, which was hours away from where I live. She never once looked at my kitten. I asked her if those is because I inquired on her professional experience and she said yes. She then said there would be no charge for my visit. I asked her if she was going to look at my sick kitten. She said no. I don't know for sure but I think vets take an oath to do no harm just like people doctors. Well sending a sick kitten out without looking at him is doing a lot of harm in my opinion.i will be turning this practice into the Better Business Buerau and I will be filing a complaint with the vets licensing agency. This vet should NOT be practicing in my opinion.

Real Nice people. Their prices are a litter higher, but I think they will open for emergency. They expect full payments. But on emergency they will work out payment plan with you. Our beagle pup was hit buy a car took us 3 days to find him and he was at out back. Went straight there and they brought him in the room we were so glad to see him. The veterinaryan did awesome surgey, and saved him. The car had hit him hard and busted his skull (which )was saved to show us and splinters of skull was removed also. That. Left no protection to his brain. So, the vet pulled up his skin and sowed it to where it would give him some protection. And did a wonderful job. If it weren't for the staff and vet and the lady that took him there ,he wold have surely passed. Thank you all.

Thought my dog had bloat got to the vet and he was acting way better. The staff still took it serious and did all the checks and treated us with kindness. My boy only needed a shot and we walked out feeling taken care of. The bill was very resealable would recommend them to everyone.
