Very very unprofessional. I made an appointment online and got 2 confirmation emails, confirming my appointment, including one 30 minutes before my appointment. I showed up to the building and they are closed.nnI understand the reasoning for the closing, however they should stop confirming appointments if they are not going to keep the appointments.
I am looking for a massage place can treat my shoulders and finally I tried Luna. Besides the amazing and comfortable massage I got, my shoulder can lift higher than I came in. The massage over there will not only make you feel relax but also heal your body. Give them a try!

The facility is always clean and well kept.nnThe front desk staff are pleasant to interact with.nnLuna is amazing.When I first started going in my shoulders and lower back were a mess,shoulders tend to lock up pretty bad.With appointments every other week I typically have no pain between appointments.I still havw tightness in my hip,but it's improved massively.nnLuna uses perfect pressure and seems intune to when to lighten up or move on and give a tight spot a rest and come back to later.nnEven working knots and problem spots relaxation is accomplished every appointment.
