I dealt with recurring lower back pain for well over a year. I chose Dr. Chris because I wanted to get back into the swing of working out regularly without the fear of hurting my back again. He was fantastic at diagnosing my issue, fixing it in just a handful of visits, and empowering me to get back in the gym by re-teaching me how to perform all the movements the RIGHT way. I'm very thankful for the increased knowledge and confidence! I highly recommend Dr. Chris.

Today I left my last appointment with Dr. Chris thankful for saying yes I need some help. In 6 weeks time, he has not just helped, but ELIMINATED pain that has lingered for 6 months post wrist injury prior to my first visit. Not only that, I set a 5# PR on the same lift I injured my wrist on 7 months ago. He's an outstanding individual and a mastermind in his profession. If you are on the fence about needing some help, call him. It is 100% worth it.

Dr Chris Ransom has helped me in my recovery from a major knee surgery. After going to another PT for rehab for nearly 6 months, I still had not reached the goals I had hoped to. Within just a few sessions, I made incredible progress. He had me doing squats, properly and without pain, within 3-4 sessions.nnI highly recommend Pain Free Performance!

For months I had lower back pain. Wether I was sleeping, sitting, or working out it was constantly there. When I finally couldn’t do specific lifts, or even bend over to pick things up off the floor, I contacted Dr. Ransom. Within a week I was 90% pain free. At the end of 6 sessions I was hitting lifts I had not been able to do in months. I recommend Dr. Chris Ransom to anyone with pain and who wants to get back to a normal, healthy life!

I injured my lower back last spring. It was really painful to sit for extend periods of time like driving and to pick things up off of the floor. After realizing it wasn't going to get better on its own, I decided to contact Dr. Ransom in July for help.nnDr. Ransom helped me scale my movements; so that I could continue my CrossFit workouts while also giving me exercises to perform each day to recover from the injury. After working with Chris since July, my mobility has improved significantly and I am now able to workout like I was prior to the injury.
