COVID-19 protocol dictated our first and only visit was via curbside service. Although I didn't meet the vet or most of the staff face-to-face, I was very pleased with the care my pet received. The vet and I spoke by phone and he addressed all my questions. Dr C. was very personable and knowledgeable. I will definitely be taking my other pets there.
Dr. Griffin is absolutely amazing! He took such great care of my precious Simba at his wellness visit. He is very patient and takes the time to explain everything in an easy to understand way. I really felt that he genuinely cared about my Simba and I would recommend him to anyone needing compassionate care for their animals.
Dr. C is very compassionate about what he does and my pup doesn't actually hate going to the vet. The vet techs are nice and caring as well. It is a tad expensive but you get what you pay for.
I hate that I had to find them in the way I did. But they were very professional and courteous the entire time. Even while having to tell me my fur child wasn't going to make it, they were extremely respectful and explained everything to me. I will definitely be using them for my other pets.
LOVE this vet clinic! Hands down BEST in the Conway area. They have been absolutely amazing to my pet and have her best interest at heart!! Doctor, techs, and receptionist are all amazing in all departments!!! If your looking for a vet look no more they are the right choice!!! So glad to have them.
