At my signing last week, there was no explanation of anything i was asked to sign.nWhen I asked for any explanation, I was prompted to contact the land owner directly and discuss with them.nVery unprofessional, an obvious lack of knowledge pertaining to their duties, and an unwillingness to communicate details to their customers.nI will strongly advise potential customers of FCT to go elsewhere.
