they had everything I needed for my landscaping business
Great place to go to get what you need or want. There are tons of selections to choose from no matter what you're looking for. Chances are of you cannot find it, somebody will help you and the workers are usually very helpful. I would recommend anyone check it out. You will most likely bump into something neat and interesting. I even got a few plants to redo our garden!
Service was good. Selection was poor but under the circumstances I guess it's to be expected.
Took way too long to get cabinets off the shelves, I needed help getting a pallet of tile back out of my truck and ended up doing it by hand because no one came with a forklift. However I will rate the customer service higher than home depot's overall for the 3 weeks I spent in town between the two stores. Thumbs up to flooring for the help with all the tile. Thumbs down for leaving me hanging in the parking lot. Thumbs down for 2 hours trying to locate cabinets. Not getting 5 minutes of your time cost me 30 minutes. This whole trip to Lowe's was over 6 hours. Now the date for this review is off by 2 weeks, the other times (last 2 weeks) I was there I didn't need assistance it was fine. But big thumbs down for customer service overall but still better than your opponent.
