My boyfriend and I went in this evening and were immediately greeted warmly by Garland. He patiently listened to all of our needs, wants, and questions and walked us through all of our options. We pretty quickly found something that we loved thanks to Garland’s suggestions, but decided to shop around to make sure we were making the best decision. We only visited two other stores before returning to make our purchase at Denver Mattress, due in large part to the vast difference in customer service we experienced. Garland and his associate had readily available answers for all of our questions and made sure we got all of the available promotions. One of the most pleasant and confident purchases we’ve ever made!

Our salesperson, Tanner, was extremely knowledgeable and well spoken about every model he showed us. Helped us navigate through the firmness options and brands that could best accommodate our small budget, while still giving us an amazing nights sleep. I purchased my mattress set here a few months ago. I called Ms Lisa today with a small concern regarding my base. I really appreciate the energy given by Ms Lisa when answering the phone! I mean she knows how to capture you with her voice, her demeanor & her phone etiquette is on point. Ms Lisa listened & she made things right for me as a customer. I thank Denver Mattress & mostly Ms Lisa for remedying the issue so promptly. I shall & will most definitely recommend my family & friends to Denver Mattress !! Thanks again!!
