Thanks for the amazing help. Jesus in Conway, AR was so knowledgeable on the furniture and was able to answer every question we had. I got exactly what I was looking for plus bonus features I didn't know about. I can't wait to have our Allusion 3 Pc. Sleeper Sectional actually in the house!

Store manager, James Jackson, waited on us and I could not say enough good things about this young man. His attention to detail, just enough of a presence without hovering, and overall simply being very well-mannered, made the sales a delight. I would highly recommend this store and this young man.

I had a similar experience to a previous poster - we bought a $1,600 living room set in January 2020. Pretty immediately the seams started to fray. It was slow at first, but after a few months the whole set looked at least 10 years old. We don’t have kids and we certainly haven’t had company over these past few months so the fraying is WAY above and beyond the normal wear and tear. I called the store and was told to email the associate whole helped us. He told me to reach out to the warranty company to submit a claim, but it was denied because “fraying” isn’t one of the covered issues. I feel like the associate had to know that even before I submitted the claim so it was a total waste of time. Anyway, I emailed him again asking him if there was anything he could do, but I never heard back. We will most definitely not be returning to this store.nnEDIT: Although I appreciate the quick response to this review, I am VERY confused as to why you had me submit a ticket since all I was given was a recommendation for a local upholstery repair place. Unless Furniture Row is going to PAY for the repairs to the low quality furniture they sold me for $1,600 then it would have been best to just ignore my review entirely! I learned a very expensive lesson. Never again.

Our experience at Furniture Row was great! The sales representative was very knowledgeable and friendly. There was no sales pressure and we appreciated that. The wide variety of styles made our selection easy.

We were greeted when we entered the store and asked if we needed help. We explained we were just browsing. Once we found what we were looking for, the manager walked buy and asked if he could help us. We explained what we needed and he asked if we would like a quote and timeframe of delivery. Such an easy experience, no pressure to purchase. :) We did however come home and measure and then called store to place our order. :)
