River City Flooring | Hardwood, Carpet, Tile Sales and Installation

I hired theses guys to install some linoleum for me and it was a mess. First, I had to constantly call them to get things done. They were sluggish about the whole process and I felt like I was having to do their job for them. They mixed up my product order with another order in their warehouse which pushed the install date back. Furthermore, when It finally came time to install the flooring I received no call the day of. I had to call their showroom office and talk to their sales representative to find out what time they were coming due to previously not being given a time. He had to call the install crew and have them call me; the install crew told me they’d be at my house within the hour which would’ve been 10am. 10am came around and no one showed up so I waited 30min and got a text saying “ the flooring roll was longer than expected and due to that we’re running behind but will be there shortly”. So an hour after receiving the text and no one showing up I called both the install crew and the office and got no answer. I had to call the Little Rock office to try to get ahold of someone at the Conway office. I finally got a call from Conway and was told the flooring would not fit in their truck and I’d have to wait until the next day for the install. I told them that I couldn’t wait and needed it done that day and he got an attitude with me and rudely said “ I have other jobs and other things to do”. Also, I mentioned that they should’ve communicated that they were having complications and he said “ I didn’t want to answer your call until I had a solution”; so I guess I was just supposed to be in the dark about the situation and waiting on them all day? They finally got someone with a trailer to pick up the flooring and told me It would be around 3pm before they arrive. The installers did not speak English and were basically unresponsive with my questions. They did a poor installation, I had to repair many spot myself and clean up after their mess. The flooring was very low quality and I very much so over paid for everything. In conclusion, I’m disappointed how they conduct business and due to their unprofessionalism, low quality installation and flooring, and poor communication I do not recommend River City Flooring Conway.

Love my flooring..I have vinyl plank love it is easy to clean and water proof. DEFINITELY recommend it ..They did it fast and cleaned up to. Very Happy ud83dude0a

I had a crack in the fiberglass shower that came with my home. I contacted a contractor to tile it and he quoted me at $7000. Rebath was no better. I stopped by River City Flooring, who quoted me at $3000! The work was completed in less than a week and my new shower looks great. I will definitely use River City Flooring again.

Arrived at this location around 3:45 PM on Saturday. Posted hours are until 4 PM. Lights were out and doors locked. I'll take my business elsewhere. Free tip: follow your own rules and honor your posted hours, it's not good for business if you can't.

River City Flooring of Conway removed old tile floor in my kitchen and laid new tile with every tile exactly level with all adjoining tiles and chose individual tile pattern variations to make overall floor consistent.
