After visiting most every mattress store in town, I went back to Hank's where I had started. The price and quality were the best. The warranty was great. Kyle was a knowledgeable, friendly, and low-pressure sales associate.
Pretty disappointed after being told my couch would arrive in a week, then two weeks, then three, then a month, then a month and two weeks. If they would of just gave a reasonable estimate I would of been happy or I would of not bought the couch. I feel like they lied to make a sale. I'm fine with the wait just not how they handled it.
If I could give no stars I would and I have never given anyone a bad revue. I do not recommend purchasing any type of chair from Hanks. We purchased a manly recliner and upon receipt discovered it was defective.. We asked for a replacement chair upon receiving the current recliner because the foot rest wouldn't lock in place and after sending out a repairman twice over several weeks the chair still doesn't want to lock in place and, when it finally does, it rocks I feel so bad for my husband who waited 7 weeks to get the recliner in, only to have a chair that is a lemon. I called the store after the 2nd repair didn't give us a good solid recliner that you could kick back in, asked to talk to our salesman...no luck. Asked for a manager. They were supposed to call me the next day...now, almost a week later...still no call from a manager.nnIt's great if you get a piece of furniture that isn't defective but you better hope you don't have a lemon and simply want them to replace the chair with one that works.
Still no furniture been almost 2 months. Was told 3 weeks. Been told way to many stories. Manager will not call back. Always in meeting when asked for. I understand the world these days just stop the lies please.nI will post back when and if I get what was paid for.
Worked with William and he was diligent and assistive without hovering, it was so nice to have space. He helped us narrow down our options and was very professional. Great options and buys!
