Pat Walters Criswell is amazing. She spent a lot of time with us to make sure we were educated and happy with what we were seeing and purchasing. She gave us time to discuss our thoughts. She is so knowledgeable about furniture and design. I have never worked with someone so educated about furniture. I would give her 6 stars. The store is huge and the selection is vast. There is no reason to shop anywhere else.

Today, I went into your store to buy La Z Boy living room furniture. My father and I walked around looking at different pieces and trying to decide what would be best. We kept expecting someone to come up and ask us if we needed any help. We stayed in the store for around 30 to 45 minutes with no one acknowledging us. The most frustrating part was when people came in after us and were helped immediately. The first time I understood because we weren't really near the front of the store. The second time the employee walked right by us, made eye contact, and then went to the couple that had just walked in. I will not be back. If you are needing help with furniture, this is not the store for you.

We just recently moved back to Conway,AR. When we sold our home in Edmond,OK we sold all our furnishings with the home. I had to start from stratch with our entire home furnishings. I contacted Pat Criswell at H3 and worked continuously with her. She did an outstanding job in all areas of our home. From beds, dining room, bar stools, LR , lamps , tables, couches, chairs, rugs etc.I am 100% happy with every item I purchased. Please please call Pat if your looking for any home furnishings. She gets an A+ from Bernie and I. Thank u to Pat, David and Charlie.

Today was my first time in H3. I love the variety of styles to choose from. The store is set up beautifully. The lady helping me was friendly but also left to me look on my own. Judith answered my questions and offered suggestions. I can't wait to see how my room turns out!

We bought 2 recliners from the Fort Smith store in August. I have called 5 times since then about the status the order and each time we were told we would get them the next week. It’s been 14 weeks and have never gotten a straight answer.
