I had a fantastic experience with Monarch Dental. They were able to do a same day appointment to fix a serious problem, were much cheaper than my previous dentist, and their in-house financing option is the entire reason I was able to get the procedure I had put off done. The provider was wonderful, as was the rest of the staff. I would encourage anyone to give this office a try and will definitely be returning

I visited yesterday and I found the office staff to be so helpful especially Leslie she took the time to help me with my paper work I understand that is her job but she went above and beyond. Dr.Sanford was amazing and gentle considering the pain I was in. Her assistants were very patient and kind. I will continue to use them for my Dental needs in the future. THANK YOU MONARCH DENTAL.

I have not been to a dentist in 10+ years due to sub-par past experiences... I was currently in pain from an impacted wisdom tooth that had gone unattended for too long. I woke up on a Friday morning with it swollen, painful, and bleeding in my mouth. I really didn't want to go into the weekend dealing with that, and knew it needed to come out. They got me in on the same day, were extremely accommodating, and explained all procedures and costs prior to performing anything (I did not have insurance and was paying out of pocket). The doctor and assistants made sure I was entirely comfortable to my own satisfaction before removing my tooth. I felt nothing but pressure, no pain as they had promised! I was given postoperative instructions on a handout, but they went over them verbally as well to make sure I fully understood everything and didn't have any questions. There was a bit of a wait before everything was all said and done, but understanding that this is a clinic not an emergency room and I was not the only patient there, I was very pleased that they got me taken care of as well as they did and as pleasantly as they did! I definitely will be returning for my postoperative appointment and for any future routine care for myself and my family.

These are very fine folks! Friendly, professional, thorough, and above all, they treat you the same no matter how many teeth you have (missing 13), the young man Chris, that did my partial impression got it correct the first time, great job, and Spring has done the adjustments, very patient and determined to get it perfect, both true professionals! Thanks keep up the good work and please teach other offices how to conduct themselves. Thanks!!
