I took my car to Crain Hyundai in Conway, AR for an oil change. I was impressed by the time it took to complete the oil change, the cleanliness of the dealership and the customer service I received specifically from Blake in the service department was phenomenal. If you are looking for a place to service your vehicle I personally recommend Crain Hyundai Conway!
On August 14th, 2020, I purchased a 2020 Hyundai Sonata off the showroom room floor. The salesperson was Jeremy Hess. Initially he seemed to be a great guy but after the deal was completed, I learned he was a pleasant liar. The agreed upon sales price was not honored and Chris Harralston, the Finance manager increase the final price of the vehicle and didn't offer the deferred payment plan. Jeremy promised to give gift cards to offset the financial mistake and did not and avoided my calls. When I took my car in to report a vinyl tear and have ceramic tint installed on the front windshield, I asked several times to speak with the service manager... he never came. Travis with Motorsports, never offered me a loaner vehicle and left me inside his office for approximately 45 minutes while he allegedly went to get the service manager and never returned until the tint was complete. I had to reschedule to have the ceramic tint removed and reinstalled days later. If you are a foundational black American, I would suggest you take your business elsewhere. After placing 10k down, I was still treated less than a valued customer. I complained to Hyundai Corporate but they only address mechanical issues:(
Best car buying experience I've ever had. I told Stephen what I was wanting and he made it happen. I couldn't be any happier with my 2021 Palisade. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a new vehicle to visit Crain Hyundai of Conway you won't be disappointed!
I bought my car from this dealership exactly a year ago. I had a good experience with the salesman Joey, he was very nice. Everything that followed was a horror show. I found a car that I liked and I purchased it with the stipulation that new tires be put on the car as the ones that were on it were almost bald. That was agreed upon and paperwork was signed. I was told my car would be ready in about an hour, they had to have it detailed first. I had to go to work so they gave me a loaner. As I leave the car that I trained in is in line to be detailed ahead of the one I bought, not a problem I’m leaving and will be back the next day. When I come to the dealership the next day my new car still has not been detailed and I wait another 2-3 hours. Finally they drive it around for me to take home and give me the keys. I get in my new car and it is still filthy on the inside. I get back out of the car and ask them if it’s a joke? They bring my car back to the detail bay but it’s gonna be a couple hours longer and they will still give me the loaner if I don’t want to wait. By this time I have already been waiting hours and it’s later in the day so it’s getting dark. I opt to keep the loaner and they tell me don’t worry about returning it with a full tank we will take care of (this was one of the agreements when getting a loaner from them). The next day I come to the dealer ship and yet again wait hours for them to detail the car because they didn’t get to it after I left the day before. Meanwhile the car I traded in is sitting pretty on the lot already fixed up. I am very upset and two managers are rushing around trying to get this car ready to go because at this point it has been 3 days and I am angry. They take me into a conference room and sincerely apologize. They give me a coupon (that I didn’t look at at the time because I was crying) and they begged me not to write a review because it will hurt the company. I told them I would not I understand things get messed up and as long as I can have my car the next day all is fine. Joey (the salesman) even offered to drive the car to me and he would take the loaner back to the dealership. I lived an hour away and had already made the trip twice specifically to pick up the car. When I got hope and looked at the coupon is was for a steakhouse for a free steak with $25 dollar purchase and a free oil change that expired the next month. Hardly seems right but I wave it off. Today I take my car to a shop for an alignment. They told me my tires are 5 years old (which means they were 4 when put on the car) and I don’t have an alignment problem but instead my tires are separating because they are getting old. Apparently tires are recommended to be replaced by six years old regardless of being used or not. I call the dealership because the tires on my car should only be a year old since the term of our agreement was that new tires get put on my car. They say nothing is wrong because the tires were not used before being put on my car. They put tires on my car that were closer to the expiration date than the manufacture date and called it new. I will never do business here. If anyone else has had a similar experience I’m at sorry. I should have posted this a year ago.
