I love the convenience of this location. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. However, it is always way to busy to use these days. The drive thru is packed and the wait is terrible.
A young lady named Heaven went above and beyond to help me set up my mobile app, load my GC, and place an order. Although I said I could just go get in drive-thru, she stayed with me to get my order placed. She never once made me feel like I was wasting her time. She was just so sweet and respectful. Huge praises to this precious young lady!
Really disappointed this morning with Starbucks normally the drive thru is great esp. on mobile app. However this morning we went inside to order and got my order wrong which is fine! Totally understand.. but then when I leave I look in my cup to mix my mocha cappuccino it’s only 3/4 full after already messing up my order. Just disappointed and will not be going inside ever again, honestly would’ve just liked my money back.. Stick to the drive through!nJulieyang1025@yahoo
