Walmart has permanently closed the entrance by the bank due to covid so you have to walk all the way to the grocery side, through the entrance corral and all the way across the store to enter the bank. Ridiculous!!! I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Terrible bank and terrible service. They are dishonest, they charge fees for any and every thing you do and they are extremely slow even with cash deposits. Bank somewhere else if you possibly can.
Been a customer for a while now and have only one complaint. The mobile app can take time to connect and is frustrating at times. I called customer service and was told it was my phone. Nope. I deleted the app and reinstalled and it's better. It would be nice to have a brick and mortar building but the people here are always helpful, friendly, and try to help in any way they can. I'm dropping from 5 stars to 4 due to the app issues.
