Pinnacle Physical Therapy

A few weeks back I was in the Dallas clinic for a massage. While the massage was absolutely amazing the massage therapist needs to work on her professionalism. This was the least professional experience I have ever had within a Dr.'s office. The front desk staff was very attentive as soon as I walked in the door. They got me checked in in a great manner and let the massage therapist who was sitting behind them know I was ready as soon as we were done. After 40 minutes of sitting and waiting, 30 minutes past my appointment time I was finally called back. Not only did I take off of work early to make the appointment but I was taken back so late that I would not had to take time off work if this was truly my appointment time. I had clear view of the masseuse and she was chatting away with another coworker, playing on her phone, and eating. To top it off I paid my copay and scheduled a 60 minute massage and what did I receive? BARELY 40 minutes. I will never return for massage therapy or any other kind of treatment for that matter.

Did Physical therapy through them a while back, and it was the best care, everyone was great from the front desk to the therapists! Special shout out to Niki who is an amazing massage therapist, I was her client more recently and she still has the best hands in the business!

Both my wife and have use their services over the last two years. They have treated us with respect and are very knowledgeable. Both of us needed devices they shared with us where to purchase or offered to sell them to us at the current market price.

I really liked the physical therapist I saw and she really helped me feel better. The BIG issue with them is.. I woke feeling sick one day so called early and left message that I felt bad and would reschedule my appt as not to go in sick. I was charged $40. Fee for canceling less then 24 hrs. I have tried for 3 months to get the charge removed with lots of hand offs and no return calls. Just more bills. So beware they expect you to come sick instead of canceling. It was the only appt I ever missed. No one will listen!!!

Wish I could give more than 5 stars for Pinnacle PT in Dallas. I feel better than I have in months thanks to their caring nature and spot on exercise program they developed for me. Without their help I'd still be sitting in my recliner wondering why my leg hurt so much! Thanks Pinnacle, you're the best!!!
