I took my taxes there in mid February expecting they’d be done in a week or two. By April my taxes still we’re not completed. Sarah would not answer her phone calls or text messages. I’d pass by the business and no one was there. Luckily we found her there one day and I got my tax transcripts back (one week before the due date). I then took my taxes elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here. 👎🏽👎🏽
