When it shows that you are open when someone drives by and are supposed to be taking customers, it is not okay to have someone park in the drivethru in order to block customers from coming through. Especially when you are suppose to be open for at least two more hours. This has happened more than once so it's obviously intentional.

This tacobell keeps leaving part of my order out. I drive home and some item I paid for is missing. They have their phone going to a fax dial so making it impossible to call. I just want my money for the item I paid for back. It's not right after we are all counting pennies due to economy and pandemic. They need to check the bags before they seal it.

Took us 30 minutes to get us our food and that's after ordering. Before we even got the chance to order they told us we have to order at the kiosk, unless we have cash. Even after that, we were told someone would be with us 3 times. They rude and dont pay attention. They get orders wront constantly and their phone doesn't even work. Ridiculous.

Never again when I say no beans it does not mean no beef ugh
