It's a great place to have your insurance. They aways send out birthday cards an Christmas cards . They call you when something new come through the office like short term disability an long term disability. It's nice to know that places like this exist .

Simply the worst insurance company I have ever used. Disloyal, irresponsible, and uncooperative are just the beginning of the adjectives one could use to describe Shelter Insurance. Do everything you possibly can to not utilize their services and go through ANY other insurance company.
