At the very last minute I needed my hair colored so I decided to try this place... I wanted three different colors in my hair and a hair cut. $170 dollars later I walk out with Only two colors in my hair and only 15 highlights ( yes they count them) . When I asked to add the third color it was going to be an extra fee and still would have been included in my limit of 15 highlights. Susan ( the manager of this location) is very rude and degrading.... not to mention she is an idiot. The salon is nice and clean and I had no problem with my stylist
Nothing but a horrible attitude from the stylist on duty. From the moment I arrived she acted like I was wasting her time. I ended up walking away because of her attitude and do not plan to ever go there again.
1st time great, 2nd time too much for 1 hair dresser to handle, too many people needing haircut, she needed more hair dressers to show up, but she did great for handling everything by herself. About hour half later another hair dresser showed up.
Crystal Carter is a very great professional stylist. She washed, conditioned,cut my ends and flat ironed my hair really good ud83eudd70. I'm very impressed, she specialize in all types of hair. If you visit smartstyle in monticello ar. Give her a try. You will be well satisfied. I will be using her services again.
I was pleased with the service. The style was to my liking. The shop was very clean. Since I am a BBW it was nice to be styled by a stylist that didn't mine my extra girt.
