This is the worst water company I have ever had to deal with. How can you charge a reconnect fee of 30.00 when u didn’t even have to reconnect my water. And you charge a late fee. Oh she said anybody who is a day late has a 30.00 reconnect fee, and late fee how shady is that!!!!! Bad thing is I paid my bill, but just miscalculated and owed them 9.00 and they turned my water off for that, no phone call, couldn’t add it to my next bill???? And the lady at the front desk is so rude and ugly. Something needs to be done, think I might just call the paper.

Not the best ribs, sides are ok but need work.
Called asked what time they would be open. Said till 4pm arrieved at 230 closed. Really?! Worthless city hall it’s more like a city shack.
