Mr. Peeler and his family will always give you a honest trustworthy experience! Trust and honesty is hard to come by these days and when handling insurance these people can give you the best experience!

My wife and I came to Wynne to manage my wife's late mothers estate. The first thing Mr Peeler did was to raise the car insurance premium. We then found insurance at a better price and cancelled the car insurance with Mr Peeler, where upon he attempted to charge an extra month. He blamed Nationwide, who themselves confirmed it was Mr Peeler, as the invoice had Peelers letter head on it. Mr Peeler then took it upon himself to cancel the house insurance despite it having another 6 months to run. He and his son refused to reinstate the policy claiming that it simply could not be done once cancelled. One 5 minute call to Nationwide had the policy reinstated. We requested Nationwide remove Mr Peeler as the agent for the policy, however we still received unwanted communications from him. We have no idea why Mr Peeler made the concious choice to treat us in this fashion as we were polite and courteous at all times.nOverall we found Nationwide Head Office to be excellent to deal with, however Mr Pellers company was neither supportive or even helpful - that being the exact opposite of what one would want from an insurance agent in dealing with a devastating family loss.

If you want the very best service available from an insurance agency, you need to be doing business with Lewis, Sherry and Justin Peeler who have this office in Wynne. They'll answer all your questions about the home, auto and life insurance you need and leap into action when you have a claim. I've been doing business with them for decades and wouldn't be anywhere else.
