Fast in and out, 1 hour before appointment. Loaded in the nose of the trailer. 1/3 of the tanks and I brought them a scale ticket showing ~30k on drives, 11.8k on steer and ~15k on trailer. They refused to rearrange the load as it is legal (Which I agree). But safety was not a concern. I had a best intention to make roads a safer place, they wouldn’t spare 10-15 minutes of their time to help me out.nnEdit: Heading out west to the mountains
After waiting to check in was then told they would not load a reefer no explanation. Dispatch calls they go ahead and load me. They are very rude in shipping here. Forklift driver did a great job he gets the star.

Awesome shipper. 10-20 min to load. 10-15 min to check in. Quickest shipper ever.
In at 9:23 am and out an hour later. Once you bump the dock it takes 30 to 45 minutes to load. Thank you for getting us taken care of in a timely manner we appreciate it.
